1. All types of ordering and processing is done by online only, there is no meeting due to any
reason will be entertained unless it being agreed by admin of this website owner, all matters
regarding to customer will be notified by admin by email and phone.
2. All ordering will be process after all full payment is being done, COD is recomended.
3. COD can be arranged at Putrajaya/Petaling Jaya only.
3. All ordering are being tested, checked and verified carefully before delivery process take
place, so website owner will not be responsible if any damage or defect reflecting the product
during delivery process take place.
4. Website owner will not being responsible for delivery done by third parties.
5. Website owner have a rights to put aside the unnecessary ordering.
6. Price of the item and goods are including with shipping fees, there is no more extra charges.
7. Delivery parties such UPS,FEDEX, EMS is being decided by admin of the product,
customer do not have right to decide which delivery parties. It is for good quality of delivery
and customer satisfaction.
8. All delivery will take at maximum 15 working days excluding public holiday.
9. Refunds are provided if the delivery items not reaching customer in maximum 20
days started from the date of payment being made by customer.
11. Website owner will hardly try to provide the best service to all customer.
12. Website owner have a right to make any changes regarding to the condition and terms at any
time with or without notice.
